1. Where do you ship?
Sugaree's currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 5–10 business days
4. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will begin processing on the next business day.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Yes. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking or handling fees.
10. How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
No. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
12. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of:
- The item received
- Original packaging
- Shipping label
We will arrange a replacement or full refund when applicable.
13. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before 3:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) on the same day they are placed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
